Shipping offer
solinfo.shop provides free standard delivery on every order. No minimum purchase is required for standard delivery. The price payable at checkout therefore contains no standard shipping charge. Any optional premium or special handling service, if offered, will be displayed with its price before the customer confirms the order.
Order processing
Orders are normally reviewed and prepared before dispatch. Processing may include payment verification, fraud screening, address validation, stock allocation and packaging. Customers receive an order acknowledgement at the email address provided. A dispatch or tracking notice is sent when available. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.
Estimated delivery time
The estimated standard delivery time is 15–20 calendar days after dispatch, unless a different delivery commitment is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout. This estimate is separate from order-processing time. The delivery date or period communicated before the customer confirms the purchase is the applicable contractual delivery information. Estimates may be affected by peak demand, severe weather, carrier network disruption, customs checks, strikes, public emergencies or incomplete address information.
Delivery destinations and fulfilment
Orders may be fulfilled by different warehouses or logistics partners. The dispatch origin shown in tracking may therefore differ from the customer’s country or from another item in the same order. This does not change the customer’s price or statutory rights. Import procedures, where applicable, are handled according to the checkout and delivery arrangement. A customer will not be charged an undisclosed mandatory fee by solinfo.shop after checkout.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier. It may take several days after dispatch for the first scan to appear, and carrier events can be delayed or translated imperfectly. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. Separate tracking numbers may be issued, and one parcel may arrive before another without indicating that the remaining parcel is lost.
Address accuracy
Customers must review the full name, street, building, apartment, postal code, city, telephone number and email address before checkout. Contact info@solinfo.shop immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins. If a parcel is returned solely because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, reasonable evidenced re-delivery or return costs may be charged where permitted by law.
Delivery and risk
Delivery occurs when the parcel is physically received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier. Risk generally remains with the seller until that point for consumer purchases, except where applicable law provides otherwise because the customer independently chose a carrier not offered by the seller. A carrier status marked “delivered” may be investigated if the customer reports non-receipt promptly.
Delay
If a parcel does not arrive within the committed timeframe, contact info@solinfo.shop with the order number. We will review tracking and contact the carrier or fulfilment partner. Where delivery is late, the customer has the remedies provided by French consumer law, which may include requiring delivery within a reasonable additional period and then cancelling the contract if delivery still does not occur, or cancelling immediately in circumstances where the delivery date was essential or the seller refuses delivery. A refund due after lawful cancellation for non-delivery will be made within the applicable statutory period.
Lost parcels
If tracking stops for an unusual period or the carrier confirms loss, we will investigate. We may ask the customer to confirm the delivery address and provide a non-receipt declaration where reasonably required by the carrier. Once loss is verified, we will offer an appropriate remedy, generally replacement without additional charge or refund, subject to stock and the customer’s legal rights.
Damaged parcels and missing contents
Where possible, note visible damage with the carrier and photograph the external packaging before opening. Contact info@solinfo.shop promptly with the order number, photographs of the parcel, shipping label, internal packaging and product, and a description of missing or damaged contents. Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is assessed. Failure to provide photographs does not automatically remove statutory rights, but evidence may be necessary to establish transit damage.
Failed delivery and collection points
The carrier may make another attempt, leave the parcel at an authorised location or direct it to a collection point. The customer should follow tracking notices and collect the parcel within the stated period. If the parcel returns because of a carrier error, we will arrange an appropriate remedy. If it returns because the customer did not collect it after reasonable notice, actual re-delivery or return costs may apply where lawful. Non-collection alone is not necessarily a valid withdrawal notice; email info@solinfo.shop to communicate withdrawal clearly.
Cancellations and returns
An address change or cancellation is not guaranteed after dispatch. Eligible consumers may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt as described in the Return and Refund Policy. For damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods, contact us for a cost-free remedy where required by law rather than paying to return the item without instructions.
Contact
For delivery support, email info@solinfo.shop and include the order number, delivery address and a concise explanation of the issue. We will use the information to locate the shipment and communicate with the relevant fulfilment or carrier partner.
